I found the pattern quite tricky but oh-so-cute. I added some frills to make up for uneven cast-off...

I didn't use a drawstring as I find elastic so much nicer. And I missed one round of shells in the upper ruffle as the yarn didn't stretch that far...

This is my end result

Pattern has been given to me by a friend, I will post a translation later on, when the sock is finished...
