As my little one (and me) is such a fan of Cars and we couldn't find bedstuff for small childrens' beds we did some ourselves. I ordered 3m of cars fabric and that was enough for two pillowcases and a duvet. (We still have some spare fabric though - any ideas?)
Anyway, I sewed in some velcro for the duvet, the pillowcases are just wrap-around style pillowcases - I am no fan of buttons and stuff ...

This was made without any pattern, I just knit a tube and made arms and collar like for a sweater. I sewed in the zipper by hand and stitched some flowers on (with the last pink yarn I had).

I had 20mins spare time today so I quickly cut out four identic pieces and sewed them together for trouser "Marlene" Style.
The waistband (elastic) and seams will be done tomorrow... :D
This is basically a tube, knit quickly and bound together with a crocheted band.
